Kate graciously accepted our invitation to prepare a special family dinner for 14 at our rental home. Her menu was creative and authentic using fresh local ingredients. Kate was very organized and communicated with me often before the event. She brought lovely flowers and set a beautiful table. Our guests all agreed the dinner was the most delicious and it was a highlight of our family vacation to Ireland! Thank you Kate for such a wonderful evening! Love from the Gleeson Family!
