    What we’ll do..

    We will be doing a vegan baking course all about vegan breads in person at Kate’s kitchen in her home in Co Galway. Even if you have made bread before, you’ll learn some great techniques and really improve your vegan bread making skills. You’ll prepare the ingredients, hands-on with Kate in her kitchen and make some delicious vegan bread recipes step by step. Kate’s vegan bread classes are the perfect opportunity to learn how to make your own delicious bread. This course will teach you the baking skills, to become a star vegan baker in no time!

In fact, after doing the vegan bread classes with Kate, you’ll know the secret behind baking the perfect loaf and may never want to buy shop bread again!

        How to participate..

        Guests Welcome Each class attendee enrolled can bring along some family members or friends from the same household so they can participate as a pair or a small group if desired. If you want friends or family who live outside the household to participate, a class attendee from each household will need to enroll for a place on the class. Join the video call Kate’s online cooking classes are hosted on the Zoom video conferencing platform. After you book, you’ll receive an email with a link to the cooking experience that you’ll join using a web browser on your Laptop and PC or the Zoom app on your mobile device. The cookery classes and experiences use both audio and video, so make sure your device can meet the requirements for a successful connection session. Learn more below regarding your internet connection. Log in to Zoom a few minutes beforehand (at least 5 minutes) to make sure that everything is working properly and that you are on time for the experience. It’s important to note that your host has the option to reject late guests so as not to interrupt the class in progress, and that guests who arrive late are not eligible for a refund.         Guest requirements

        It is recommended that participants wear a protective face covering if sharing kitchen with other guests. No experience needed for this class.

        Dietary preferences

        Each guest should understand the cooking ingredients being used and communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions to the host. Guests should also be aware that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of food-borne illness.

        Cancellation policy

        Any cooking class can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the cooking class is scheduled to start. Galway Cookery Classes reserves the right, in certain unavoidable circumstances, to alter the date, time or content of any cooking class and to substitute or cancel a class at any time.
