Kate was such a sweetheart. She pours so much love into her scone baking classes and made us feel at home in her Irish oasis. Be sure to purchase some of her homemade jams and bring an appetite. 10/10 experience and a highlight from my trip to Ireland. I’m vegan and Kate was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions.
