Kate welcomed our party of four into her kitchen for an intimate scone and bread making class. She provided very clear instructions on how to get there. Even after I bungled that up, she was kind enough to answer the phone to help direct us to the correct driveway. Kate was warm and professional with her teaching being clear and thoughtful. She takes an interest in her guests and makes the class a really unique experience. So happy we were able to bake with Kate while we were in Galway. We will thoroughly enjoy our scones and bread as we traverse the Irish countryside.
