Kate in TV Documentary
A outside broadcast unit from ARTE France (arte.tv) recently spent some time with Kate in Galway. The team interviewed Kate and filmed her as she went shoping for ingredients in the Kinvara farmers market. Then after picking some more fresh ingredients she had grown in her own garden, the TV crew filmed Kate as she prepared and cooked a delicious vegan home made Irish Stew in her kitchen.
