Kate has been busy showcasing her Healthy Cooking Made Easy skills at SeniorTimes Live at the RDS in Dublin this year. The event which was formerly known as the 50 Plus Expo) is Ireland’s only dedicated national consumer event for older people. The event was launched in 1999 to coincide with the International Year Of Older Persons. The well-attended event is now run at different venues all around Ireland with 20,000 people and 400 exhibitors attending all the events during 2019 alone.
