Kate has opened her home to cookery students, guests and travelers from around the world for many years. Being an expert host, Kate’s home is cozy and very welcoming with a stunning garden to enjoy as a bonus. The house in the village of Kilcolgan with stunning countryside scenery, is also ideally located for sightseeing in the Burren, north Clare and Galway. Now, you can enjoy a leisurely overnight or weekend stay as well as a hands-on cooking experience in one of Kate’s baking or cooking classes.
