Kate is a TREASURE in Galway! My son, daughter, and I were greeted warmly to start. Kate's kitchen is spotless and well organized with fresh wholesome ingredients. She is patient and kind in guiding you through the baking process. Kate had scales, bowls and all essentials at the ready. When our goodies were baked, we got to enjoy the different kinds of scones with her fresh jam and bountiful pots of tea. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. It is a must do activity for your journey! Thank you!!
